Ticket purchase information and rules

• On sale date: 9am on Saturday, January 21, 2012 (PST)
***Only Hawaii show ticket will be sold 2 hours prior than others.***(THIS PART IS NOT FINAL YET.)
• Shopping method: Online order (on our website)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT any orders by FAX, E-MAIL OR PHONE CALL at this point.
• Payment method: Credit card only (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB)
• We will sell ALL 5 venues’ tickets.
• We carry only $75/$50 the seating categories. (You can select only sections by ticket price. Row and seats will be automatically assigned. Please wait for your seating detail until you receive your tickets. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to answer regards those questions.)
• Maximum number of ticket purchase per person: 6 tickets max/person
• Photo ID: Photo ID will be required in following cases. (1-213-217-5135, info@allamerican-tkt.com)
1) If applicant and credit card holder are different (Need a ID of credit card holder’s)
2) If current address and shipping address are different (Need an ID of person living in shipping address.)
• Conformation: Automated conformation will be sent by email. (***Submitting with incorrect email address will cause a trouble for this process. However, we are not responsible for it. Please contact us if you do not receive any confirmation.)
• Expected shipping date: Middle February (It takes 7 to 10 days after shipped out.)
• Cancellation policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds or exchanges will be made once order has been submitted.
• Lost ticket policy: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST TICKETS. No reissue will be made for any ticket. Please keep your ticket at safe place.
• Event time is subject to change. Please check their official website.
• Ticket delivery options: Around mid February. We will notify you as we ship out.
1. $40: FedEx to Japan, Canada, or Hawaii
2. $15: FedEx in the States
3. $5: Will call
4. Free: Pick up at our office (located in downtown Los Angeles, M-F/9am-6pm)
